TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation of Booking
A booking is valid only after the booking form has been completed, submitted and a deposit (if requested)  has been paid to the owners. Submission of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions by the client.

Payment of Balance
Unless otherwise arranged the balance of the rental is due eight weeks before the holiday commencement date. The owners reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received eight weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure require full payment on booking.

Arrivals & Departures
Generally the apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Alternative arangements may be possible dependant on arrival/departure times of guests.

Changing your booking
We will make every effort to arrange any changes you request after the booking has been confirmed; however any changes to dates are subject to availability of accommodation.

Cancellation
In the event of you having to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
More than 42 days prior to departure  Deposit only
41 – 29 days 50% of rental
28 days or less 100% of rental
All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity.

Party Size
The maximum number of people we allow to share our apartment is 4. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.

Insurance
Clients are required to have suitable holiday insurance for the period of their holiday giving cover for all members of their party. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the following;
a) Loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events or those beyond our control
b) Injury howsoever caused as a result of the use of the property’s swimming pool. Clients are requested not to allow children to use the pool unsupervised. Pool chemical reactions to certain hair colourants.
c) Loss or theft of luggage or personal property at any time in or around the property.

Swimming Pool 

Please obey the local rules posted around the swimming pool.

Please note the apartment is our own private holiday home and we wish to keep it in excellent condition for the comfort of all our guests. We ask that you respect it as you would your own property.
